From Internship to In-House: A Conversation with Allen Institute's Lemuel Navarro
In the October issue of Corporate Counsel Connect, we discussed the in-house internship program at the Allen Institute for Brain Science with General Counsel Maja Larson. Apple Wins Second Shot at Permanent Injunctions, May Allow Crippling Blow against Samsung
Last month, Apple scored another victory in its ongoing patent legal battle with Samsung.
