What Tasha brings to Practical Law:
Tasha joined Practical Law from Pfizer Inc., where she was a senior corporate attorney specializing in M&A transactions for the business transactions group. Previously, she was a corporate associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Before that, she practiced in the M&A group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

These forms give you everything; they let you understand both sides of a negotiation, any alternative language, precedents that help you understand what ‘is market’ for a particular provision.
