Lawrence on boilerplate: It would have been really nice as a practicing attorney to have had access to the forms that we produce at Practical Law. These documents range from exclusive distribution agreements to terms and conditions for purchase orders or sales confirmations. Even if you don’t use (them), they’re all annotated with best practices, and we do a lot of research to determine these common practices.
