What Jennifer brings to Practical Law:

Jennifer joined Practical Law from Dechert LLP, where she was an associate in the antitrust group handling a variety of merger, counseling, and litigation matters. Jen was responsible for managing the U.S. premerger notification program at Dechert, including analyzing premerger notification requirements under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and preparing required HSR filings.
