Clifford R. Ennico

Ennico, the co-host of PBS television's The Money Hunt, is a corporation and securities lawyer and a nationally recognized expert on the legal problems of small businesses. He continues to practice in his firm the Law Offices of Clifford R. Ennico.

Formerly a corporate partner in the Hartford, Connecticut, based law firm of Pepe & Hazard, Mr. Ennico was Counsel to General Electric Capital Corporation in Stamford, Connecticut, and a corporate finance specialist at two of New York City's largest law firms, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Thacher Proffitt & Wood.

Ennico is a Fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel and a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Corporate Bar Association of Westchester and Fairfield Counties. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.

An honors graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. Ennico holds a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and law clerk to the late New York State Comptroller, Arthur Levitt Sr.

Mr. Ennico is the Editor of the New York State Bar Association's handbook on corporate law and practice, as well as several texts on legal fundamentals. He is also the author of various texts on employment in the legal market.
