Terrance M. Miller
Terrance M. Miller, a partner with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, chairs Porter Wrights Product Liability Practice Group, and has more than thirty-five years of experience at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. His practice spans a broad range of cases from complex commercial disputes to professional negligence claims and from intentional tort allegations against employers to products liability lawsuits involving a wide spectrum of different products. Mr. Miller has tried numerous products liability cases involving snowmobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, trucks, utility terrain vehicles, automobiles, bucket lifts, and tires. He has also counseled clients and tried cases where industrial workers have brought claims from alleged exposure to toxic substances in the workplace. Mr. Miller has represented clients on a national basis, has handled cases in many states, and has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of West Virginia, and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
