Stephen Dorvee
Stephen Dorvee is a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and is the leader of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Team and former chair of the firms Litigation Group. Mr. Dorvee is an experienced litigator and has litigated trade secret disputes, copyright, trademark and patent infringement cases, cases involving restrictive covenants and unfair competition matters throughout the United States. Mr. Dorvee also has extensive experience in information technology litigation, including many hardware and software defects cases. He advises numerous clients on the proper use, registration, and maintenance of trademarks and has practiced frequently before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also is experienced in intellectual property licensing, and data privacy. He frequently lectures on technology and intellectual property law topics, is often quoted in industry publications, and was named a Georgia Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine in 2004-2009 for his work in Intellectual Property Litigation.
