Thomson Reuters no longer supports the NRS DVD or Archival DVD products. (These products have names like West's® North Western Reporter DVD).

The DVD Viewer products may function on Windows XP (32-bit) and possibly Windows 7 (32-bit), but they will not open any images on a 64-bit Operating System. Setting the program to run in Windows XP mode on a Windows 7 64-bit Operating System is not a viable work-around.

The last sale of these DVD products was in 2011. These products were a one-time purchase only – there are no updates or subscription charges. These products are no longer for sale.

No credits will be allowed for these DVD products.

Please refer customers to their Sales Reps for possible replacement products. -----
