National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

We proudly partner with the NCMEC. Each day, more than 2,000 children are reported missing and NCMEC uses CLEAR to aid the critical work they do to protect children.

In 2009, a child was abducted by a stranger while playing in her front yard in Texas. With a tip received through a law enforcement hotline, analysts used CLEAR to locate a residential address through a P.O. Box provider. Law enforcement officials set up surveillance on the possible location and the abductor was quickly apprehended. The missing child was found inside and reunited with her family.

The quick work of law enforcement and the address information found in CLEAR were directly responsible for rescuing this child and most likely saved her life.
