Use credits when making a payment

You can use your credits when making a payment in My Account.
  1. Sign in to the self-service portal, select a combination of credits and invoices and follow the prompts
  2. From the account's homepage, select
    Billing & Payment
    and select
    Open Items & Balance Detail
    .
    note
    If you manage multiple accounts, select
    Open Items & Balance Detail
    located within the Billing & Payment section of the dashboard.
  3. Select the invoice and credits.
    note
    The invoice amount needs to exceed the credit amount in order to apply credits within My Account.
  4. Select
    Add to Payment Cart
    .
  5. Select
    Click to Pay Now
    to make a payment using your credit card or bank account.
  6. Select
    Credit Card
    or
    Bank Account
    , enter your information, and select
    Submit Payment
    .
    note
    If you have a previously saved payment method, you may select the account from
    Saved Payment Methods
    and select
    Submit Payment
    .
You may use our automated chat service or submit a request to apply a credit for paying a balance:

    found on the Legal Support Center page and follow the prompts from the chatbot.
