What is the status of my order?

Help yourself

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. From your account's homepage, click Orders and choose Orders & Returns.
    (If you manage multiple accounts, click Orders & Returns located under the Product Information section on the dashboard.)
  3. Click Look Up Order or Delivery Number.
  4. Locate the Order #. The order has shipped if a Ship Date appears.
  5. Click Delivery Number to view delivery details.

How do I request the reshipment of an order?

Help yourself

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. From your account's homepage, click Orders and choose Orders & Returns.
    (If you manage multiple accounts, click Orders & Returns located under the Product Information section on the dashboard.
  3. Click Look Up Order or Delivery Number.
  4. Locate the Order # for reshipment and click on it.
    (You may need to change the summary of orders date range if the order was shipped more than 30 days ago.)
  5. Select the item(s) being reshipped and click Reship (if Reship is not an available option, it is too soon to request reshipment).
  6. Enter the Quantity to Reship and Reship Reason and click Next.
  7. Verify the reshipment information is correct and click Submit.

Subscriptions

What does it mean to be on subscription?

Thomson Reuters has subscription services available wherein you will automatically receive updates reflecting changes in our information to your Print and CD materials. Non-contracted Print and CD subscription updates will continue to ship as published until the subscription is terminated by either party. Returning a non-contracted update will not automatically cancel the subscription.

For contracted materials, your specific subscription services are defined as such:

For West Complete: During your subscription terms, you will receive subscription services consisting of automatic shipments of updates and supplements to the print product, including but not limited to pocket parts, pamphlets, replacement volumes, or looseleaf pages. For eBook products, you will receive updates to the most current version of each edition of the eBooks which are available during your subscription term. If you terminate any West Complete Print products during the Minimum Term or subsequent Renewal Term, the Monthly Charges will not be adjusted. We will contact you if any of the titles are no longer commercially available. You will then have 60 days to choose a replacement title of equal or lesser value.

For Assured Print: During your subscription terms, you will receive subscription services consisting of automatic shipments of updates and supplements to the print product, including but not limited to pocket parts, pamphlets, replacement volumes, or looseleaf pages.

For Library Maintenance Agreement: Subscription services may consist of updates and/or supplements to the service, including but not limited to: pocket parts, pamphlets, replacement or ancillary volumes; looseleaf pages and other related supplemental materials; new disk versions or updates.

How do I place a new order?

  1. Search for your product using the search box in the upper-right corner of this page.
  2. Add the product to your cart using the Monthly Pricing option (if applicable; some products are only available to buy as a One-Time Purchase).
  3. Select your contract length, agree to the terms, and click Continue.
  4. Enter promotion code, if applicable.
  5. Click Proceed to secure checkout and complete the checkout process.

How do I request that a subscription be canceled?

Subscriptions can have different cancellation guidelines and rules based on product type (online, books, etc.) and contract terms. Please contact us via phone or our email form to request cancellation information or initiate cancellation requests.
