National Manager, Librarian Relations,
Reboot. Fresh start. New beginnings. However you label your perspective on the New Year, we at Thomson Reuters Librarian Relations hope you enjoyed the end of 2016 with friends and family or just dialed down after a busy year. Our wish to you is for much success and happiness as we enter 2017.
As in years past, we’re here to help! As a reminder, here is an overview of the LRMs’ territories and profiles, and a variety of recorded training resources linked on their personal pages. We invite you to review those, share with others in your organizations, and contact us directly if there’s a training or program you’d like to see in the near future. We’re always looking to partner with librarians to ensure you and your teams are up to date on all the Thomson Reuters resources available to you.
What can you expect from Librarian Relations in 2017? Support! Your Librarian Relations Manager has a wealth of internal resources available to ensure you receive librarian-caliber trainings and responses, whether it’s My Account, Quickview, Westlaw Analytics, or a new feature or function in Westlaw, Practical Law, WestLegalEdCenter, or any of our other TR productivity or research tools. Ask your local LRM about our 2016 Year in Review program to highlight recent major enhancements that will help you and your patrons work more efficiently and effectively.
We welcome your questions and interest, and we’re ready to assist however we can. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with law librarians in 2017, and beyond!Meet the Librarian Relations Team Email the Librarian Relations Team
