Part of Drafting Assistant, this software works seamlessly with your word processor to identify citations in your document, offer suggestions for correctly formatted citations, and insert a table of authorities. (Note that CiteAdvisor is also available in an online version at citeadvisor.westlaw.com.) You can install CiteAdvisor software without a license code, but a Westlaw subscription is required to use it. Contact your Thomson Reuters representative for details.

Concourse
Concourse is a matter-based suite of solutions that allows corporate and government lawyers to easily access documents, emails, legal research, and legal spend in a mobile, secure solution. It brings together WestlawNext, Matter Room, and Legal Hold. The downloaded software integrates Matter Room with Microsoft Outlook and Windows Explorer and allows you to copy documents from your desktop and emails from Outlook into Matter Room.

Firm Central
Firm Central is a securely hosted practice-management tool for solo and small firms providing a single online location for the information and practice tools you need. The Firm Central desktop integration software enables you to access your Firm Central matter folders from Microsoft Outlook and Windows Explorer so you can:
- Copy email to a client's matter folder in Firm Central directly from Outlook.
- Associate appointments in Outlook with a client and matter so you can view them within the Firm Central calendar.
- Easily copy your Outlook contacts into Firm Central directly from Outlook.
- Copy documents from folders on your computer to Firm Central matter folders directly from your desktop so you and your team can access them within Firm Central.
