Henry P. Kaplan

Kaplan is located in Saratoga, Calif., where he provides medical hearing officer and health care arbitrator services. He served as vice president and member of the board of directors of the former National Health Lawyers Association and as chair of the Association’s educational programs Physician’s Survival Guide; Drugs, Devices and Biotechnology; Transplantation Law; and the Law of Blood Banking and Transfusion. Kaplan, an attorney and physician, is board certified in internal medicine and hematology. He graduated from Harvard University Law School in 1959 and the State University of New York Downstate Medical School in 1965.
