Hyatt is a shareholder in the Washington, D.C., office of Ober, Kaler, Grimes, & Shriver. He served on the American Health Lawyers Association board of directors from 1992 to 1998, and is chair emeritus of the Association’s Tax Issues in Healthcare Organizations educational program and chair of the Tax and Finance Substantive Law Committee of the Association. Hyatt graduated in 1982 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
