Holdenried is a partner in the law firm of Baird, Holm, McEachen, Pedersen, Hamann & Strasheim LLP, Omaha, Neb. He is a graduate of Creighton University (B.S.B.A. 1972) and the University of Michigan Law School (J.D. 1975). He has served as the vice chair of the Tax and Finance Substantive Law Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association.
